About the Houston Heritage Holiday Market

Celebrate Houston’s past and the spirit of the season. Hosted by The Heritage Society at Sam Houston Park, our market brings 1800s charm to life with vendors, music, and candlelit tradition.

Each December, we invite families, neighbors, and visitors to step into a Victorian-era holiday scene—shop handcrafted gifts, enjoy live music and cocoa, and make memories among Houston’s historic homes. It’s where history, community, and Christmas magic meet.

The Holiday Market is free to enter for all visitors. The Candlelight & Carols Tour is a ticketed experience.

Tickets for the Candlelight & Carols Tour can be purchased online. Space is limited, so we recommend reserving early.

🎅 Are there activities for kids?

Yes! Families can enjoy Santa Photo Ops, a festive Holiday Photo Booth, kids’ craft stations, live music, and more.

📍 Where is it located?

The event is at 1100 Bagby St, Houston, TX 77002. Parking is available at nearby garages and lots; rideshare drop-off is recommended.

🌧️ What happens if it rains?

The market and Candlelight Tour will take place rain or shine. Please dress for the weather and bring an umbrella if needed.
