✅ Vendors must provide their own tent, tables, chairs, and any necessary power sources such as generators.

⚠️ Setup and tear-down are required daily; no overnight security is provided.

✨ Early bird pricing is only available until October 25, 2025. After this date, standard vendor rates apply.
