Swag bags will be distributed to event attendees and can feature promotional items, branded materials, samples, coupons, or other approved giveaways from participating businesses and sponsors.

Swag Bag Sponsorship Includes:

What You Can Provide:
Sponsors may provide approved promotional items such as branded merchandise, samples, coupons, flyers, cards, or other marketing materials to be included in the swag bags.

Please Note:
All promotional materials and items must be approved by the event organizers before inclusion. Sponsors are responsible for providing their materials by the designated submission deadline and in the quantity requested by the event.
