• Vendor approval is required. Payment does not guarantee placement until confirmed by event organizers.

• Booth locations are assigned by event organizers.

• Food vendors may be subject to additional requirements, permits, insurance or approval.

• Vendors are responsible for their merchandise, equipment, and personal belongings.
