Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a vendor space, sponsorship opportunity, event package, or other item through the Houston Heritage Holiday Market (HHHM), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Event Information

The Houston Heritage Holiday Market is a multi-day holiday event taking place on Friday, December 12 and Saturday, December 13. Vendor spaces, sponsorship opportunities, activities, and other event-related items are subject to availability.

2. Vendor Registration

Purchasing a vendor space reserves your selected vendor opportunity for the date and/or dates specified at the time of purchase. Vendors are responsible for providing accurate business and contact information and completing any required registration or documentation.

A vendor purchase does not automatically guarantee approval if additional event requirements have not been satisfied. HHHM reserves the right to approve, decline, or reassign vendor placements when necessary for event operations, safety, or organization.

3. Sponsorships

Sponsorship purchases secure the sponsorship level, activity, feature, or opportunity described at the time of purchase. Sponsorship benefits are subject to the specific package selected and may include promotional recognition, event placement, activity sponsorship, signage, or other agreed-upon benefits.

4. Multiple-Day Event

Vendor and sponsorship purchases are specific to the date, package, or opportunity selected during registration. Purchasing for one event day does not automatically include participation or benefits for the other event day unless specifically stated in the purchase description.

5. Payment

Payment must be completed through the available payment options provided by HHHM. A space, sponsorship, activity, or other event opportunity is not considered reserved until payment has been successfully received.

6. Event Changes

HHHM reserves the right to make reasonable changes to event schedules, layouts, activities, vendor placements, or other event details when necessary. HHHM will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes to registered vendors and sponsors.

7. Vendor & Sponsor Responsibilities

Vendors and sponsors are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, venue rules, health and safety requirements, and HHHM event guidelines. Additional vendor or sponsor requirements may apply depending on the type of business, product, service, or sponsorship.

8. Final Agreement

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, as well as any applicable vendor or sponsorship guidelines provided by HHHM.
